am a commercial and general |
photographer
based in North London, |
and
happy to take on assignments all |
over
the U.K. and Worldwide. |
With
over twenty years experience in |
studio
and location photography, I bring |
a wide range of expertise, creativity and |
enthusiasm
to my work. |
I
started my career as a photographic |
assistant
way back in 1977 , working for |
food
photographer Paul Kemp. I was |
then lucky enough to work with some |
iconic
photographers at Studio B in |
Covent Garden. I assisted Terrence |
Donovan, Barry Lategan, and Oliviero |
Toscani among others. |

After
spending two years in Australia |
and
a year travelling in India and Asia, |
I
studied photography for three years |
at the City of Westminster College. |
I
then worked as a staff photographer |
for
four years in a large studio, |
shooting mainly Argos catalogues. |

I
have been freelance now for over |
ten
years, the bulk of my work initially |
being
architectural and interiors for |
advertising
agencies and design |
companies.
Then the balance seemed |
to
shift to press and p.r. photography. |
I worked on the London International |
Motor
Show and Boat Shows for the |
organisers for two years. I now work |
on
a wide variety of photography, |
including
weddings and portraiture, as |
